The property is a little dated, but the staff was great. Joe and Oop who worked the front counter were a big help. The elevator was an issue it took a long time to arrive and it was extremely slow once your on it and there are on only 6 floors on the property. Overall, it was a nice location, clean and the staff was accommodating.

Excellent location, service from all staff is unbeatable, as they make you feel very welcome. We stayed in a room with a small pool and balcony, which was very clean and refreshing. The hotel is just a 2 minute walk to Patong beach and the area near the hotel had a lot of amazing restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this hotel if planning a trip to Patong!
