"Everything was nice apart from the room it was quite small for four people, the room outside view wasn’t good. Requested to change the room but they didn’t change our room. Toilet have the glass door, all the light used to shine out, disturbing others sleeping in the room. They never refill our fridge with water or drinks. Room service was really slow, called few times to get something. "

"Along as you are happy to stay in the resort and eat eat the same food options daily you will be happy. Staff service is really good, the spa was delightful and Starbucks is a bonus at the resort. Taxi's are so expensive if you want venture out of the resort Uber does not work and it seems like the hotel work with the taxi companies and charge extra. I enjoyed my stay but I did nt enjoy the food options but I did venture out to land of legends and spend whole day there at a cost of 50 euros...

"Hotel was clean.. lovely food and most of all staff were very nice specially Emir and Ayna from the bar and resto. Reception staff all very accommodating even managed to arrange a small cake for my daughters birthday. And for that, we would love to go back again soon and thank you to all the staff for making our little holiday a very pleasant and relaxing time. Highly recommend."
