The hotel decor was Scandi inspired and very clean.We only had one evening meal in the restaurant and we found it to be very good we had breakfast 2 mornings plenty of choice well prepared and well presented set us up for the day. The best thing about the hotel was the staff,very, very helpful, all were polite and courteous the staff made our stay. The worst thing about the hotel was the road noise our room was on the front of the hotel, the road is extremely busy and a main tram route through the city, the noise was constant. I am sorry to say that however much I appreciated the excellent staff I would not stay at the hotel again 2 sleepless nights were more than enough.

I really enjoyed my trip to Antalya, and AG Hotel was definitely a good choice. The breakfast was great, the location convenient, and I liked the overall design. However, it was not very safe for our son, as he injured himself multiple times on the sharp edge of the concrete bedside, which was not covered. The hotel manager was very helpful and attentive during check-out, and he was genuinely interested in our feedback. Overall, the stay was good, but some finishing improvements are needed. Also, the corridor on my floor did not have air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable.

The interior of the hotel is good, person at check-in was friendly. They don't accompany you to your room. The sofa bed could have been in a better state. My review would have been better if there was any service during breakfast, even if it was for serving tea and coffee.

Nice hotel, aesthetically. Conveniently located for everything with tram to airport and shopping/sights on doorstep for just 70p per journey. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, room was on busy highway with tram and cars, etc., so lots of traffic noise 24 hours, no chance of a peaceful lie in. Breakfast buffet wasn’t much and basically the same thing every day. Overly swept Apple juice only. Restaurant choice wasn’t much and tagliatelle overcooked with no cheese taste, I could not eat. AC on but room still very hot

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing

• Cleanliness: There was hair on the bed and a dirty blanket stored on the upper shelves, clearly used by previous guests. • Comfort: The room was very small, the air conditioning was weak, and the door was old and worn out. • Noise: There was constant noise from the tram and cars, especially in apartment 413. The sound insulation was extremely poor — almost nonexistent. • Other Issues: The TV was tilted and poorly mounted. I do not recommend staying here.

Fabulous breakfast, nice location

It is located in convenient area for city-airport access, good for basic shopping and restaurants. The hotels has a very nice interior design, but the shower room was a bit stinky with moldy smells. The best thing was their breakfast. The wide range of selections, the level of the food, services with kind staff, everything was perfect! Thank you so much. I will come back again.

The hotel is beautiful and all the staff were very nice and accommodating. My only critique is the extra services are quiet expensive and I booked breakfast for my stay and they didn’t tell us tea and orange juice were not included which meant we had to pay extra after our stay. Our rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed. The hotel smelt amazing and it’s not too far from the airport and the city centre.

Nice hotel

A very modern hotel with great "Skandi" styling. Excellent staff who really do try thier best to help you out. Its a little dated and needs a little touch up, a few chipped paint issues and broken stools, the cleaning staff are quite small so miss the dust in the high areas. Issues with air conditioning as in turkey they prefer to have hot bedrooms in winter months, why each room isnt seperate to choose i didnt understand. DONT stay in the 11/12/13/14 numbered rooms as they are south facing and get sunlight all day and heat the rooms up unbearably. They also face the VERY busy road.

Definitely not soundproof

Akthough they greet you eith a smile, when i asked for mybtrash to be emptied , i was told that it wasnt his job. ( of course, i knew it wasnt, but perhaps ask someone else to do it). The floors are very cold( no carpet). I was there for 11 days. Best feature, its a walk away from the tram and several stores around the corner. Pharmacy is in the back of the property. Hosekeepung team is quite delightful. It is NOT sound proof. No balcony. I was able to hear my neighbor snore. Location is good, everything is a quick tram ride ( including the airport). Its not a bad place, just a bit too cold, stoned for me. Fyi: no smoking allowed , if you smoke ( like my husband) you must go all the way outside. Good luck.
