Wieder ein sehr tolles Erlebnis im Mardan Palace. Vor 10 Jahren das erste mal da gewesen und nach 10 Jahren durch die Übernahme von Titanic und jetzt von Swandor wurde einiges dazugebaut sei es spiel Bereich für die Kinder etc. Würde es jedem weiterempfehlen mal hier das Erlebnis erlebt zu haben.

Bence yaş sınırı getirilmeli. - Odamızda sigorta sorunu nedeniyle 2 defa sıcak su yoktu, zaman kaybımız oldu, hijyen çok iyi değildi, koridor halıları çok eski ve kirli, havuz manzaralı odaların koridorlarında çok güzel desenli temiz halılar var, kara manzaralı koridorlar unutulmuş gibi. - Oda Temizlik görevlileri nazikti fakat çalışma malzemelerini yolun ortasında tutmamalarını tavsiye ederim. - Müşteri kalitesi yok, yere tüküreni gördüm, bornoz ile lobbyde dolaşanı, restoranda akşam yemeğinde sahil havlusuyla sarılmış yemek yiyeni, sabah sabah koridorlarda yüksek sesle konuşanları, Spa bölümünde etrafta kamera elinde kayıt yapıp yüksek sesle konuşanı, çocuklar relaxroomda bağırıyor ve kimse uyarmıyor, daha var fakat buraya yazamıyorum, kısıtlama nedeniyle. -Çok çocuk var, kontrolsüz şekilde, restoran savaş alanına dönüyor. Dear General Manager / Senior Management, I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding our stay at Mardan Palace from 3 to 7 September. Our experience was completely unacceptable and fell far below the standards expected of a five-star luxury property. We paid a substantial amount for four nights. However, instead of enjoying our family holiday, we spent the first two nights without proper sleep because of defective air conditioning. We repeatedly contacted Reception and waited for hours for assistance. The temperature in Antalya was approximately 40°C, and we were travelling with children. A particularly serious issue requires management’s explanation. When the technician inspected the second room to which we had been moved, he told us that the air conditioning in that room was already known to be non-functional and that this information had been recorded in the hotel’s system. Why, then, were we moved into that room without being informed? We had to repeatedly pack and unpack our belongings, move rooms and settle the children, only to discover that the replacement room had the same problem. We were eventually moved again at approximately 2:00 a.m. and settled into the new room at around 3:00 a.m. As a result, we experienced two consecutive nights without proper sleep, followed by two days of exhaustion, stress and emotional distress. Our children were also affected, and our holiday was effectively ruined. We request that senior management review the syste

The pool and food were great, and those were definitely highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the room was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness. The toilet seat had a pee stain, and there were socks left on the floor from previous guests. The room also had a damp, unpleasant smell. Overall, the hotel has some great amenities, but the room cleanliness needs significant improvement.

Given the premium price point charged by this hotel, the lack of basic maintenance and poor customer service fell entirely short of reasonable expectations. The stay was severely compromised by several operational and infrastructural failures:Room and Climate Control: The air conditioning in our initial room was non-functional. While we appreciate being relocated, the unit in the second room failed on one night and began leaking directly over the children's bed. Despite reporting this maintenance issue immediately, it was never resolved. The lack of functional climate control forced us to open windows, resulting in severe mosquito bites that subsequently became infected and required medical attention.Basic Amenities: The room also suffered from utility shortages, as the hot water routinely ran out during our stay, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price bracket.Delivery and Billing Issue: When the medication finally arrived, front desk staff insisted we collect it immediately despite being in the middle of getting ready for dinner. They also refused to charge the transaction to our room for convenience, which forced the driver to wait and accrued extra charges. Hotel management subsequently declined to take any responsibility for these additional fees.Dining and Capacity: The dining area was overcrowded and poorly managed. The lack of a structured waitlist policy meant we had to search for tables, waiting over 30 minutes during peak hours,

Great Family Vacation with Lots to Enjoy Our stay at Mardan Place All-Inclusive Resort was very pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, while the facilities and activities especially for kids were amazing and kept the whole family entertained. There were plenty of food and drink options to choose from, although the taste was just okay. Overall, my family had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. I would definitely recommend Mardan Place to families looking for a luxury themed vacation experience at a reasonable budget.

First night, we were dealing with AC issues till 3 AM. Next day after multiple follow-ups and after coordination of around 4 hours they moved us to a new room which had its own issues. AC was still an issue for loft room then we had to get a fan. Staff doesn’t understand English well, communication is the biggest problem and caused lots of grief. We spend roughly 2 days out of 3, dealing with different issues and different follow ups. Staff is overall nice but it depends who are you dealing with, had few instances where staff was rude and not as helpful. We spent significant money and travelled all the way from Toronto, but unfortunately experience was not as great as expected. Rooms condition especially washrooms condition is not nice and poorly functioning. Seems like their focus was more on lobby decor and other amenities than room itself. Overall I’m not happy with the service and management is nowhere to be found easily. I’m going to write a formal email to their management as well.

The compound is stunning. Before we arrived we had done a tour of Topkapi palace in Istanbul. Thought the beauty of Topkapi was unmatched, until we stepped foot into Mardan. It really is a marvelous palace, and you’re treated like royalty. Everyone was very helpful and kind, beautiful warm crystal clear water, great entertainment, and oh my god the food! Recommend it to anyone, especially those looking for a more romantic getaway. Hopefully we can stay longer in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience! The room was beautiful, the food was excellent, and everything was perfect. The only issue was that the shower floor wasn’t sloped properly, so some of the water would flow into the bathroom area. Other than that, everything was wonderful! definitely come back again!

Architecture of the hotel specifically lobby is magnificent. Rooms are pretty outdated. Facilities are very far from the lobby. Game center is out of service and indoor pool is under maintenance. Quality of food and variety is really good and staff at restaurants are very helpful and great. Air conditioning was not working and we had to change the room after me insisting several times to the point that i was really disappointed. Thanks to Monica in guest services who helped a lot in this matter. Also shoutout to Amir in Guest Services who was really helful.

Tesis yillar önce 7 yıldızlı olarak hizmete girmişti. Yeni el değiştiren ve yıllar içinde yıpranan tesisin bazi düzenlemelere ihtiyacı var. Eşimle 5 günlük tatilimiz boyunca bedensel ve zihinsel sağlığımızı tehdit eden iki önemli sorun yaşadık. Odamızı basan karıncalar (uçarak yatağımızın içine kadar girdiler) eşimde ve bende alerjilere neden oldu. İkinci en büyük sorun güvenlik ile ilgiliydi. Odadan çıkacağımız gün unutkanlık sonucu çok pahalı pirlanta yüzüğümü yatağın üzerinde unutmuştum. Havaalanina girerken hatırlayıp hemen ilgilileri aradım (40 dakika icinde). Nasıl olduysa günlerdir bulunamadı ve o değerli yüzük kayıplara karıştı. Böylesine lüks olduğunu iddia eden bir otelde olmaması gereken bir durum. Eşim, başka bir otelde "external hard disk" unutmuş ve bunun farkına bile varmamistik.Otel, bize daha sonra kargo ile yollamıştı. Beş yıldız farkı hizmet kalitesi ile orantılı elbette. Mardan Palas'a gelen misafirler arasında açık büfeden tabak tabak yiyecek stoklayan diğer misafirleri gördüğümüzde eşimle yanlış bir yere geldiğimizi anlaşmıştık zaten. Ama çok büyük bir ceza ödemiş olduk.

Great hotel, staff is very good for the most part. Russian guest assistant not too helpful though and lacks costumer service skills. Room is great, and fairly well maintained. Food and drinks are on highest level. Beach and pools are superb. Tower pub and restaurants have great entertainment and selection. Nightly events are very good and Mikonos club is great night time entertainment. Overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone can find something they would enjoy, including kids. However the SPA area, hamam and sauna rooms have significantly deteriorated and fall short of the level of this hotel.

We stayed at Mardan place for 2 nights. The resort is an upscale place and it offers everything one can think of for a beach vacation. There were multiple pools, a private beach, Cabana and all inclusive breakfast lunch and dinner. They even had a 24 hour resturant that we used as well. Staff was very polite and courteous. Highly recommended.
