« The property was extremely dirty on arrival; these were unacceptable levels of cleanliness. The unit and the building itself have a strong I would say unpleasant smell. The host was not professional when issues were brought up that were the responsibility of the host. Blocks of immature text were sent. There is a hiking trail nearby which is a positive. Overall I would not recommend this rental no matter how short term. »

« Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay.
