I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29\. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. Also, the internet never worked during the stay. Had to connect to my phones hotspot to use the tvs and our mobile devices. The bed clothes were never changed prior to our arrival. We doubd stains and hair in the beds. The floors and showers were not very clean ##### Alan P. We don’t have a broom mind you OK no cleaning supplies no dish soap no towels to wash the dishes.
