COMFORT and CHARM - Stay in St. Paul's FAVORITE rental in historic Summit Hill!

Charming and fully renovated unit is now available for your enjoyment! Designer/owner has completed a stylish remodel and is certain that it will become your favorite St. Paul rental. Ideal location - on Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave just steps south, and Summit Ave directly north. Shop and dine on Grand Ave and then stroll those calories away on Summit Ave while you are taken away by the architecture and grandeur of century old mansions. Bikes can be rented one block away if you prefer to two-wheel it.
This one bedroom retreat has everything you need with attention to comfort and style. New bamboo floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Additionally, you also get the use of the front porch for those summer moments of relaxation and people watching! I also operate/own VRBO #373111, another one bedroom unit, literally next door - so I am an involved and accessible part of my guest's stay should needs arise. I hope you choose to stay with me for your next St. Paul excursion!

During a weekend trip to St. Paul we lucked out and this rental was still available. It was an awesome location for all things St. Paul! Check in and communication with the host was great. She even asked if there was anything else we would need on the second day of our stay. The apartment was incredibly clean and taken care of. This rental was just what we were looking for!

We have stayed in several VRBO rentals. This one rates a 9 out of ten for our needs. Host was attentive, apartment was clean & quiet, location for shops & groceries was good, location to our family was good, bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy & good quality.Beware there are steep stairs to get to apartment.The stairs are enclosed not out doors.

What a wonderful place! All the things were things that mattered to me, from little details like a magnification mirror, all the chargers right where you want them, to a Super comfortable bed. A creative yet practical aesthetic. And so convenient. The host checked in which was very nice.

This was our second visit and is now our go-to place to stay whenever we visit St Paul. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, and convenient/walkable to shops and restaurants. Great communication with the host, with easy instructions for access and departure. Highly recommend!!

Met our needs perfectly. Great location. We took a lovely stroll down Summit Ave looking at the historic mansions on our way to the Cathedral. The home was very clean, well appointed and had a wonderful larger bathroom with lovely tile and soothing design. Great communication making sure we had no issues and any potential needs were met. Owner did not meet us when we first arrived as she originally said she would and made no effort to meet us over the 5 days we stayed. The furniture in the small living area was very uncomfortable—cushions worn out on the chairs to the dining table; basically thrift store finds. Windows and blinds were dirty. Not charming and quaint as advertised. Overpriced—could have stayed in downtown hotel with a great free breakfast for the same price; we wished we had.
