"It is a very nice little unit. Recently renovated and comfortable. We had some problems with the front door lock that they are aware of, so it took a bit of time to initially enter the property. If the upper floor is occupied, it is a bit noisy from the activity overhead. The location is very good for walking to restaurants and shops. The Waterfront Restaurant is excellent!"

"This place was close to the pier, so it was fun watching the construction. You really need to rent a golf cart if staying very long there. Pool was right outside the door! We used the free bus to go to Holmes Beach!"

"This property is gorgeous!From the pool to watching dolphins, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our only little complaint would be the shower head did not have enough water pressure for our liking. Another added bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella that they provided for us to take to the beach. This was a nice touch since we flew and could not bring beach necessities. We so loved our stay of 5 days!"
