The place is small but has everything you need; also, between the beach being a 5 minute walk away and the heated pool, there isn’t much reason to stay indoors :) The place is a short walk away from some great food and drink options. The owner also has bikes available (first come first serve basis). My wife and I used the bikes daily to cruise around town and check out some areas. Overall we had a great time. We had a great stay here. It is a small place, the couch in the living room is a pullout, but once it is pulled out, you can barely get around it. We had trouble getting the shower to warm up, not sure if it shares a water heater with the rest of the properties or not. Cold showers after the beach aren’t a bad thing, though… it was so close to the beach, I live in St. Petersburg and this was such a nice getaway because we were only steps from the water! It doesn’t look as close on the map as it actually is in person. It was a fabulous location in regard to being close to restaurants in AMI - you could even walk to some! Having a pool at the property was nice, it’s a smaller pool, but was clean and really nice to have. They have tons of beach stuff to use like chairs and floats. The porch was so nice, very spacious to have several people sitting out there in the evenings. I would stay here again, but probably just with a max of two people.
