The maids didn’t come and clean the room the first day even after calling and being told they would come. We had no towels so they made me fill out a form and go to the front desk and get pool towels to use and if I don’t return them I would be charged. We will never stay here again. The website is very deceiving. Had expected a whirlpool bath but shower only, though shower itself was top notch. Beds need an upgrade as well, most hotels of the caliber have gone hybrid foam or hybrid coil. TV is too small given room size which is quite spacious. A scolding from the valet for improper check-in didnt sit well either. Matter of fact, the hotel might consider a conversation about quest etiquette with the whole valet staff.
