Andebu is situated 45 miles (72 kilometers) southwest of Oslo, the country's capital.
From perennial tourist favourites to hidden gems that await the more intrepid traveler, the area around Andebu is brimming with things to do and see. Approximately 12 miles (19 kilometers) away you'll find Sandefjord. Set aside a day here to visit the Sandefjord Museum and The Whaling Monument.
Drammen, is another good spot to discover. It is approximately 30 miles (48 kilometers) from Andebu and offers a diverse range of things to see, such as Drammensbadet, Marienlyst Stadium and Drammens Museum. Union Scene and Drammens Theatre are other good spots to visit.
An effective way to understand a spot is by exploring its history. Make the time to visit the fortresses while you are in the area.
