I chose this hotel because I had stayed there back in 2012 on a previous trip to the area. Things seem to have fallen apart since that time. The entire area around the hotel has suffered, most likely due to the pandemic. The hotel itself is in extreme disrepair. The rugs are dingy, the shower didn't work properly. The windows have bars on them. I felt very unsafe the entire duration of my stay. I would NEVER stay again.

I went with this hotel because of location... List of things I didn't like: No elevator, no working bathroom in the lobby, carpet is dirty and worn down. Once I got in my room, the furniture is very old including an old 28" tv, the whole room hasn't been updated in a decade and falling apart. I was going to stay 2 night and ended up canceling one. According to the pictures, It was supposed to be a really nice $350 a night room with 3 beds... For $30 more I stayed my second night at the Embassy suites by Hilton, which is a way, way, WAY NICER hotel by far!
