This little hotel is charming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and was quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend this one.

The staff were amazing, going out of their way to help us and super friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a nice spot, it was easy to commute into more central areas. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff is extremely accomadating. Top notch room. Elevator is small but quaint. Mirror in the bathroom really cool. Decor and cleanliness is number 1.

Great location, Walking distance to nine streets (15 minutes), Rijksmuseum and restaurants. Area is clean and green. Very calm. It’s however outdated and the Greek decor is also not of my liking. Because of this outdated decor I think it is a bit overpriced. But service is 10/10 and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Great location. Spacious standard room and nice bathroom. Only downside would be a few light bulbs were out and no snack bar an available after hours when most places closed. That said, I would stay here again if back in Amsterdam.

The reason I am not happy with the stay is that the ceiling started leaking in the last night of our stay and the staff did not provide an alternative room or partial refund. As a result we had to stay in that condition without the air conditioning to avoid excessive leakage. As of today we heard nothing from the management that they said they will contact us!

Staff were so friendly and happy to help. Great location - nice neighbourhood and walking distance to city center etc. Had a lot of charm but room felt like it was soon due a bit of updating. Room wasn't well sound proofed either unfortunately, but the staff and surrounding area more than made up for it.
