The greeting was warm and professional. They allowed me to check in early. The room went beyond my expectations. The rooftop pool was simple, but who needs more when the views are spectacular? Every employee I dealt with went above and beyond, but the room was amazing, and that is where it begins and ends. 3 blocks from train station, metro, and mall, and surrounded by restaurants. Don't hesitate to book there if you get the chance.

Great hotel overall! The room was clean and spacious. We had a room for 3 people and there as enough room for us all. Two adults and a teenager. The location was excellent! Shopping and abundant dinning were 30 meters away (2 min)! The hotel has a restaurant but we only used it for breakfast. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and even has gluten free options. The waterfront was only 10 min away, all the boat tours ran from there also. As a side not, the Boat tour wasn't worth it. We had a minor issue with the AC never turning off regardless of the temp it was set for. We just turned it off once the room was cool. I would defiantly go back.

Our hotel stay was fabulous, you are a 25 minute walk from both of the main beaches, however, it was very beautiful, and had great amenities like the pool. We would often go to the beach early in the morning then walk back to the hotel to use the pool, it provided us a lot of options staying here.

Absolutely stunning! Impeccable service, impeccable property!! If I could give 50 stars, I would!! I HIGHLY recommend- you will not be disappointed!!
