"House was very nice. Only problem was 2 bedrooms had no internet. Which we just ran to walmart and got some google squares. But with a house full of kids with no tv to watch made for a long night. But we all got to fish and play cards. Swing on balcony broke on last day of the stay. Lots of geese walking around down stairs was fun to watch."

No HVAC system, room heater wouldn't work, ceiling in living room coming down, screen porch in poor repair, no towels (think at least there should be) no outlet in. bathroom and no place to plug in hair dryer & use a mirror. I had asked for a number to call owner & didn't get one, I arrived late due to numerous traffic delays, used ring doorbell and said to leave a message, as I was walking away it started talking to me and told me where to go....

"This place was cozy. The kingsize bed was soft that my partner had the best sleep in ages. There’s two TVs. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. I wish both of these had accounts logged in from the host on them so we can stream whatever. The one in the living room was logged into Netflix luckily and the one in the bedroom was logged into Prime. The view from the bedroom was amazing! It stormed the first night we got there. "Loved the cabin. Grounds and house were exactly what we wanted. It's very quiet and peaceful but not to far to go into Hot Springs and do things daily. Only thing was that we needed ice and the ice maker wouldn't work. It was a minor thing but the only thing we would have changed. Will definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay and Dana was a fantastic and responsive host for our couple questions. Indoor/outdoor living with the covered deck space was perfect for evenings and we enjoyed the swing on the boat dock and grilling for dinner. Highly recommend!"

"I am a teacher and had a student conference at the Hot Springs Convention Center the week of March 11th. There were five students, myself and another chaperone staying at this home. There was easily more space for another 5 students. The property is well maintained, clean and inviting. My students were so excited to be able to grill on the patio and fish from the dock. "We really liked this house. It looks small, but there is room for quite a few people. We enjoyed the decorations and the fire pit by the carport. We want to come back with our daughter and her family in the next couple of years. The only thing we didn't like was that is it no handicap accessible. My husband is disabled and had some difficulty with the steps going into the house and the throw rugs on the floor."

"Location was close to Lake Greeson- Crater of Diamonds and the cute and friendly town of Murfreesboro... but the home itself was brand new and nicely tucked away from the rest of the world- peaceful and quiet and it had everything we needed and then some! Thanks for such a beautiful place to hide away a few days!"

"We loved our stay - the condo is beautiful, very comfortable bed. It was a quick one night stay but we plan to return for a long weekend. Poor cell service made things difficult when we had a hiccup with check in (detailed email didn’t reach us) Our fault for not alerting the host before midnight when we arrived but with poor cell service we had to back track until we could get service to reach out for help. The host was very helpful once we reached her."

"My family had a great time staying at this property. The house will clean, well stocked with everything we needed and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that the house was on the lake and had a dock where you could sit and relax. Great communication from the property owners as well."

"Myself and friends went for my birthday- bucket list to dig diamonds. I stayed in cabin #3 and they stayed in #2. I don't require the taj mahal and it worked just fine. It had cold air, a clean nice mini fridge and a microwave (I never used the microwave). The bathroom/ shower house is that of an older well used campground shower house and could use a face lift but gets the job done. "It is a beautiful and clean home! Well stocked with necessities and plenty of nice to have items. The location is far enough from town that its quiet and not a lot of traffic but close enough to the attractions. The property owner was extremely responsive and welcoming."

"Fishing, Relaxing in a cabin style home. The only issue was the constant barking of the neighbors 4+ dogs. The house is nestled in a wooded area and to get to the pier to fish you have to walk down a little bit to get there which was a little challenging for my mom with a bad hip. She found a large stick to help her get down and back up the hill. Even with that she had an amazing time because she was able to fish fish fish! "Great trip… wonderful condo. Quiet. Comfortable clean great views of ducks geese and boats. Only negative for me was that the sheets were too hot and that voicemail to contact number was not returned. Neither of these will stop me from coming back though. The sheets are a personal preference and perhaps the message number can be discussed."
