The nightly rate is all you pay. We do not charge a cleaning fee. We have many guests return to our property several times a year. We are grateful for all our guests, and you will feel it when you stay with us. What a great little getaway. This is a stand alone Cottage in a gated community on "cottage row". The unit has been updated to add modern amenities while maintaining the charm of its beginnings. The Cottage is cleaned and managed by me (the owner). I will text you with check in information the day before your arrival so you have my contact information. Should you need anything during your stay, you can always reach out to me! If there were 10 star ratings I would give this owner and property 10 stars in every category! We've stayed in a lot of Vrbo operated properties but this owner is amazing... Her communication is excellent and her hospitality is above and beyond! Every detail in this property has been considered, and when she means she wants you to enjoy your stay, she makes it all possible! The location is beautiful, the views are better than the pictures look. If I could buy that cottage tomorrow I would, exactly as it is! ##### DEBBIE L. Krissy was an awesome host and great communicator. This lakeside cottage has a great view and is in a conveniently located area that is close to several destinations.
