This condo has everything you could need and was extremely comfortable and beautiful. Plan ahead for groceries and supplies as it is 20 min. drive to most stores and restaurants. We enjoyed that we were right on the water and in a quiet neighborhood. Garvan Woodland gardens is very close by as well as a Dollar General and the Fillin Station restaurant. I did have trouble accessing my app to get the check in instructions so I missed a message from the host.
