"Staff were very nice, we stayed in a newly renovated room with a king bed (room 201), corner room with a nice view. We were a bit taken back by the mandatory $48 a night valet service for the car. We were unaware of this charge prior to arriving. It was very inconvenient when you had to get something from the car because they had to go with you or go get the item for you. We have a plug in hybrid and asked for it to be charged. By the time we got there it had zero charge left. We were told that we could not have it charged because they were only charging fully electric cars. Had to talk to three people before they agreed to charge the car. We ate at the restaurant, very nice atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. Food was good , but in my opinion was overpriced for this type of hotel. Location was excellent. We had a two night stay."

Holiday Inn Express and Suites Tremblant by IHG

"This is the most overpriced, unimpressive IHG property that I have ever experienced. Firstly, I have mobility issues. During my stay on June 5th to June 6th, both elevators were out of service on two separate occasions. I needed to go to my room and when I saw the elevator taped off, exactly as it is on the Big Bang Theory, I was advised it would be fixed within a couple of hours. It was fixed. But, it was broken down again and taped off again the next morning when I woke up. Maybe, as somebody nearing 70 years of age, I shouldn't even be visiting Tremblant but it is unacceptable to me when I'm paying near $500 per night that the elevators are out of order. It is dangerous for me to navigate stairs and the next morning, going down from my room there was spilled breakfast food and coffee up and down the stairs. The breakfast was acceptable, the usual Holiday Inn Express fare. Considering there was a ball hockey tournament in the village, I didn't find the noise level too excessive. I just can't believe that Holiday Inn Express would allow a situation in which both elevators were down twice in one night! They need to do better! As a regular IHG customer, I am not a happy camper!"

"Parking was very convenient, with a designated parking spot corresponding to our room number. The convenience store nearby had almost everything we needed, including food and cleaning supplies, and the prices were reasonable. Since the check-in process was self-service, we did not have any direct interaction with the staff. The room was spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped, even including cooking oil. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this property. I have two small suggestions for improvement: 1. Please inspect the bed linens a bit more carefully. Although they were clearly washed and clean, we noticed a few hairs left behind after laundering that could have been removed. 2. It may be worth checking the bed frame and support structure, as it made some creaking noises when turning over during sleep. Other than these minor issues, our stay was excellent, and we would gladly stay here again."
