"We had an excellent stay at Nohga Hotel Ueno. The location is unmatched. Just a short walk from Ueno Station, which made getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient. It was easy to hop on the JR lines or the subway, and the neighborhood itself has a lot to offer, from great restaurants and cafés to Ueno Park and several museums nearby."

"The room was very spacious and spotless. Close to the Ueno Station, easy to navigate around tokyo with Section L as our home base. The staff are nice and helpful! "

"The hotel is centrally located a short walk from Ueno Station and Ameyoko. It looks new and room is extremely clean and well furnished (includes a kitchenette), and is generously sized to fit three adults. The public bath is a nice bonus and rare for hotels in this area. "

Easy to get on any of the main transit lines and a short walk to Akihabara as well as some decent shopping in the Ueno area. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Lots of amenities and staff were very helpful with any questions. Hotel location was also great, very close to multiple stations- max about 10-15 minutes to Ueno station, ueno-hirokoji station being right around the corner etc. Plenty of food too including all the convenience stores- 7/11, family mart & lawson, with ameyoko market being nearby and nakamise shopping st just a few train stops away! I could go on and on but in a nutshell location is very good - you’d really like it!"

"The location was very close to Akihabara station so a good jumping off point for exploring Tokyo. It was very quiet inside the hotel and on the streets at night. Lots of convenient food marts and eateries nearby. Ueno park is within easy walking distance or transit line. The rooms are well set up, not a lot of excess space but bag storage is under the bed platform. I'd definitely stay there again. Cozy pajames supplied. It was a good starting point for our trip to Japan."

"Close proximity to Ameyoko and Ueno park. Close to Ueno station, Hibiya/Ginza lines, JR lines and Ueno Kensei station. The hotel room is typical of small Tokyo rooms. Not the best sound proofing. Great when all you need it for is sleeping and storing your luggage. Recommended."

"Rooms was very modern and clean and larger than some other hotels in Japan. Onsen was nice, both outdoor and indoor options. Location is fantastic, lots of shopping ans food in a 5 min walk, also very good transit connections especially for Narita airport. Be aware only one elevator in building so sometimes a bit of a wait."
