Newly Renovated Home w/ Pool and Golf Cart near the Resort - Close to Beach!

"We had a fantastic stay! The house was immaculate and well-stocked with soap and bathroom amenities. The golf cart ("Bubbles") was fun and made it easy to access the beach and other activities on Amelia Island Plantation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook "at home," and plenty of room for everyone to spread out after a busy day of outdoor activities. Karl left excellent instructions for pretty much everything and was readily accessible by text whenever we had a rare question related to the house or the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful with huge trees providing a nice canopy from the sun and making morning and evening walks very relaxing. Definitely 5-star, 10/10 rating!!!"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. The location could not have been better—being right on the beach made the entire trip so easy and relaxing.The house had everything we needed and was the perfect setup for spending quality time together as a family. We made so many great memories here, and everyone—from the adults to the kids—had such a wonderful time.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back again. "The place is absolutely stunning! Host was responsive answering questions and the directions and entry were easy. You have a 2 car garage enough to fit 2 vehicles and parking on the paver driveway will fit 4 vehicles. Also some parking available just on the other side of the same road and that’s due to public parking for public beach access a few houses over. You can also drive on the beach with AWD or 4WD. This place has direct private walkway access straight from the home. The whole place is beautifully decorated with a beach theme along with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with the essential cookware and utensils, coffee maker, and Keurig. A big surprise is a two refrigerators and double dishwashers.We grilled steaks one day and a nice surprise is the gas grill is hard piped in with gas so no worries about running out of gas.This was a family get together for my Father-in-laws 87th birthday. Fit our group comfortably.I would highly recommend this place to any guest."

"We loved the house and ammenities with exception of no hot tub. While description states no heat and doesn't mention the hot tub, the pictures of the pool clearly indicate there is one. Once you are standing there you can see the indications that there was one at sometime and has been filled in and covered up. I strongly suggest replacing photo with an updated one. Also the house was spotless but the pool deck was covered in green algae.The little extras to make the stay more entertaining was great. Such as, pool floats, books, and board games were all a nice touch. Beach equipment and sand toys.The location was excellent, convenient, and quiet. Would stay here again."
