Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. About a 15 - 20 minute walk to Souk (Popular Shopping Area) and the Big Square (More shopping, restaurants, local entertainment, banks etc). If you’ve never been to Marrakech before, particularly Raid, the properties do not have much signage and the buildings all look the same. We were able to identify the property when we got to the location on Google Maps by a unique wooden door. "Bel hôtel et séjour agréable, mais grosse déception à l’arrivée. Notre réservation était prévue pour une chambre de 4 personnes, mais l’hôtel nous a imposé de prendre une deuxième chambre, facturée au même tarif que la première. Aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé et nous avons donc payé le double du prix initialement réservé. Dommage, car l’hôtel méritait autrement un bon avis."

"We stayed at DarZahia for 3 nights in November. Zahia (the owner) was not there but sent us a number of emails in advance with things to do in Taroudant and the vicinity, which was really helpful. The staff working there Belaïd and Fatima were excellent, really friendly and made us feel at home- Belaïd was really helpful showing us around town and Fatima's food was superb. The accommodation itself is beautiful and the roof terrace garden was in full bloom. It is a great place to relax and enjoy...
