From check in to check out, The DuParc & everyone there are fantastic! Sara checked me in & was as sweet as can be. Victor was wonderful assisting me to my room & showing me what I needed to know. Alejandro & Diego in the evening are awesome. Juan Carlos & Alex during the evenings was very helpful. Edwin was always helpful with a smile. Carlos & the breakfast crew were attentive & pleasant. Estefania & Housekeeping were wonderful & always pleasant as well. The other female staff members were always sweet also & Yuliana is excellent when it comes to booking & communication. I highly recommend this hotel. 5 Star experience for sure. I look forward to my return!
