Staff was extremely helpful, but best to get a better room in this facility as cheaper rooms have sliding patio doors with poor locks.

Top-tier service and a great stay. Spent a few days here with some friends and had an excellent experience. What really sets this place apart is the team. From the staff at the front desk to the manager, everyone was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They’re highly attentive and sharp—they anticipate what you need and take care of everything seamlessly, which made the whole stay completely stress-free. Great atmosphere, fantastic hospitality, and a well-run operation overall. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. Highly recommended

Room has a bad smell to them. We are told that it’s the water that is used to clean the rooms, they stink when dries and it can’t be helped

Absolutely beautiful property with amazing views of the water and hot tub on the balcony with hot fresh water.

Arrived late, but the staff was able to get me taken care of and in my room quickly. Stunning views and a friendly staff! If you’re going to guatape I would recommend staying here!
