I enjoyed the property and the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

Excellent VIP Concierge (Johansen Mazara) help me with everything, specially with restaurant reservations, since Ocean el faro app didn't allowed me to make reservations. Sakura restaurant did a great job on everything. Italian restaurant captain was amazing well prepare, always smiling and helpful. Pool snack bar only has hot dog and hamburgers, no varity and no fruits. El mercado buffet restaurant service was bad, the Staff was rude and not helpful, also the utensils set up was on the table were uncovered on a bare table. Animation team were unprofessional and mosy of the time bullying the guests. Food and drink were.ok but not the best. Common aerea bathroom were small. Lazy river was good however not enough floating, must buy one. Kids slides were great. Mike coffe excellent. Showtime magic show and dominican culture were great. Hammock were ok. Room services is good.

Exelente , Buenos Restaurant y la atención de su staff. Habia una construcción al lado habia un poco de ruido. En general todo esta exelente .

Staff was great and food was good. It is a smaller location so more suited for a short stay.
