Everything in the hotel was fine. However, because I had to change the booking, I was unaware I had to leave the hotel one day before my plans. It would be useful, especially for older travelers like us, to remind the dates for the stay during check-in such that any discrepancy would be easily solved.

The hotel is very well equipped and the staff were courteous and helpful. My personal criticism is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and having the Gym on the top floor is not the best option. I could hear every dropped dumbbell. Such a shame as the location is great.

It is a very nice place to rest and relax. Although this hotel may not be the most family-oriented option for guests with small children, we had a very pleasant stay. We visited for the weekend with our two year old daughter, and the staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive to all our requests. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Only a very small downside was that the bed was not the very comfortable I would expect in this hotel. Apart from that, we will certainly come back again :)

Excellent hotel not far from the train station. It lies directly on the Lahn river in the historic part of the town. Our room was in the back with a balcony/ Terrasse that had a view of the mountain and lovely bird song. The bed was comfortable and firm. The bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The tub was an enormous soaking tub. We did not use the e-bikes or sauna. Breakfast was traditionally German but included scrambled eggs and bacon. It is helpful if you understand German throughout the town but most English speakers would be fine and the staff bent over backwards to be welcoming.

We were travelling with our dog and in the hottest weather , the air con was a mazing, the room huge and fabulous bed , very comfy. The staff were lovely. The bar was great and the gentleman who made my cocktails was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again. A short wall to a lovely park and loads of shops an restaurants. Room was spotless, bed lovely , shower amazing. I had a fridge and coffee machine.
