"Checked in late night after a long flight. I did not stay in the room for more than 15 minute. The environment was a drug invested nightmare. The rooms was horribly filthy and smelly. Roaches were crawling on the walls. We literally ran out of the room and back to the office to request a refund but was told we would have to speak to the manager on the day shift. However, no one answers the phone for location service so matter was left unresolved. I was forced to Lyft to another Hotel which costed more money, on top of having to pay for the other room at a higher price. Was fortunate that they had one last vacant room. This was definitely the most horrible experience that my daughter and I have ever had on a vacation. I’ve been using Hotels.com for several years now but after this experience I will likely never book through Hotels.com again."

"Luckily my daughter and I are heavy sleepers, but being right next to a police station and near train tracks there were sirens and horns periodically until we went to bed. I should have asked why there were earplugs in the room."
