Alta Vacation Packages

The perimeter of this property was dirty, not well kept. Lots of dark areas. Management was told I was in Reception to check in, they were literally sitting 10 feet from me and didn't make any effort to greet or assist. I waited about 10 minutes before Staff returned from break. She was very pleasant. There was a bowl with old fruit at reception. Why?

The hotel is nice but needs updates here and there… Overall a very good experience. My only criticism is that they should really have a detailed report of the stay (receipt at checkout). They need to add specific description of amenities ordered so there is no confusion with the bill at checkout like other hotels… We met Madison who was very helpful and nice at the front desk. We also had the pleasure of meeting another front desk worker, his name was Robert, excellent customer service skills… everyone else could learn a thing or two from him… sadly I heard that he got another job…SK lost a great employee. I would recommend this hotel.

The Virginian Lodge was a great, affordable location for our Grand Teton trip. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly.

This hotel is comfortable and the room was clean. The pool area wasn’t and the indoor hot tub smelled horrible and had brown colored water. But the staff were AMAzINg!! They were so kind and provided excellent service. I will definitely start again.
