Alt-Rüppurr Vacation Packages

This is a great property located near the Stuttgart airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar had great options. Good meeting space if you are looking for a convenient conference locale close to the airport.

Our room at the castle was very nice and the spa facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations.

Too cramped. A little dull in the riim

One of the staff was nice but the others were not very helpful, particularly with parking and the phone for the reception is almost never answered. They do not have many options for quick drinks or snacks. Our first room the ac would not heat up and the second room had a clogged shower drain. By far the most frustrating part of this place is not being able to get ahold of anyone by phone.

The marketing photos are unfortunately not the reality. The room was dark, the phone was yellow nicotine stained. No fridge, no safe, no tea or coffee. One pillow each. I asked for more pillows and they don't give any extra ones, so I had to go and but some from the supermarket. The bathroom was dark and grey and felt like a prison cell! The photos of the pool was blue, but it was green. From researching means it may be unsanitary as can be algae or wrong chlorine balance. So we didn't get in it. paintwork not looked after and some of the garden furniture broken. I would never stay there again. Looks nothing like the photos.
