The location is a good one, in a safe and attractive area of San Juan, close to the beach and a large supermarket, a Starbucks and walking distance to theatres and good restaurants in neighbouring Miramar. The room was small but ok. It would have been preferable to have a microwave, in addition to the fridge provided. There is little insulation around the door and the windows. Employees can be quite loud and boisterous in the morning, cleaning and making repairs. There is no personal balcony, as suggested in the hotel's description. The roof terrace has no seating, and the railing on the stairway up could use a spruce up. Overall, I would return again.
