The Best Western was a great place to stay. The evening front desk lady was very friendly, informative, and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable. The hot breakfast had a lot of variety. The hotel was a great location for the Balloon Fiesta — close proximity to the park and you could view the balloons in the morning right outside the hotel. Would definitely stay there again when back in Albuquerque.

Truly an enjoyable and unique place to stay in the Albuquerque area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Meanwhile, the historic grounds are as beautiful as advertised. There are bikes you can use borrow to explore the area and there are peacocks and alpacas on site. There is even a well equipped exercise room. The gourmet breakfast that comes complimentary with the room blows anything else we have ever had anywhere else completely away.

The front desk staff were highly competent and helpful. This was one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed in. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. Everything in the hotel was really clean and well-maintained. We had a beautiful view from our room. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood and is conveniently located near tons of shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also, the hotel manager was awesome. We had a great stay.
