Châteaux à Alexandria

« We stay at this property at least once a year, usually more. When we stayed there earlier this year, the standards to which we had become accustomed had gone downhill. I had to give it two stars, and we weren't sure if we would return or try a different property at the same exit. We're glad we tried them again because everything was back to its above-average condition. We will stay there again and can only assume that our earlier 2026 stay was an anomaly. »

« breakfast should be more choice. also cleaning agent need to change the bed sheet daily, i needed to report this to front desk more often. »

« We reserved a suite, as there were 3 adults. Entered our room & it was only a queen bed. Went downstairs & lady said they must have overbooked & gave your room to someone else. I said well that's unacceptable. I booked this room last month. Took over a 1/2 hr. for her to fix it. Not sure how she did that when she said they were fully sold out. It was just extra stress that I didn't need 8:30 at night. »
