Second time in a week we were there … was good but quite frankly surprised wi to towels that smelled like vinegar (used as cleaning solution), front desk staff not realizing we had just stayed there and Hilton member, should be in computer(!), and again just a little more expectation … why do we always stay on 5th floor? Literally been 4 times and same floor … only floor that is complete?
Again pretty decent for price, but just some odd things as noted above … they are about 3 months into opening, so hopefully they will continue to improve with their team …

The Hyatt is always my go to for any stay downtown in Cincy! the staff is friendly and professional, the room is always clean and modern. The amenities are always great , and the bar/ restaurant is awesome

The room was nice. There was a hidden cost of $10/day for parking... The hallways smelled of Smoke and marijuana. We were there for an event and the hall was nice and located just off the Lobby.
