Room was clean, housekeeping very good, but shower cubicle too small (room 112), cant speak for any other room. This room is also above the bar which plays music in the evenings, so bear that in mind if you are allocated it. Could do with better placement of one of the two plug sockets in this room. Breakfast was excellent, hot and cold selections. We found the luggage storage very handy. This hotel is located off a steep hill, but more the bottom end of the hill, bear that in mind if you have difficulty walking up hill, albeit it it is a very short distance up hill to walk, but failing that you can always get a taxi to the door. Location to transport modes, shops and restaurants was also excellent, all within 5 - 10 min walk. Overall satisfactory I would recommend this hotel and stay again, but in a different room. If I had a different room I may have rated it higher, but an alternative wasn't offered.

Overall, the stay was good. I would rate this place a 3 star, as some of the overall amenities were slightly lacking (faucet was a little loose, private bathroom wasnt totally private, bed was a lil springy. But the staff were excellent, the room was clean and we got free water which was awesome.

Such a lovely stay in a great area of the city!

I loved everything about my stay in this great little place! I was welcomed with an espresso and a treat during check in after a very long travel day, the staff were so kind and incredibly thoughtful. The room was beautiful - bed was comfy and the towel warmer in the bathroom was an unexpected nice touch! The location was ideal for exploring the neighbourhood, and breakfast was great! I will absolutely stay here again!
