« Everything was great the only reason I have a 3 for cleanliness is because there was dirty dishes put away in the cabinets and under the stove, sticky dirty little kid hand prints on the back deck windows. The electricity did go out before we got there due to a storm so I’m thinking maybe the cleaning crew just didn’t get it all done because the electricity was off but other than that our stay was perfect »

I was thankful for the multiple alarms to the pool area. With that many people it’s needed. Everything was pretty clean. « We spent a week in this gorgeous cabin. The photos don't even do it justice. The views from the floor to ceiling windows are stunning. « The property was amazing. It is new and was very clean. As others have said not all of the windows in the living room have curtains or blinds. This allows other nearby cabins to see in at night when the lights are on. The other issue with this is if anyone is sleeping on the sofa, the sun will shine in at daybreak, and it will wake them up first thing in the morning. « Beautiful cabin in the best location! We had the best time. Right by the entrance to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, in particular the Metcalf bottoms. The cabin had everything we needed. The master bedroom mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. My morning coffee time on the porch swing made the trip. We even got to see a mama bear and her two cubs. My kids (and husband) now want an arcade table for home, haha. The hosts were fabulous and even checked in during our stay...
