"I’ve been coming here for many years and can honestly say, what an amazing hotel, the staff are incredible! Casas Ducales is a dream. Caesar and Victoria are both incredible and are an asset to the hotel, as are all the team. The best hotel in the whole of Spain by a country mile. A must visit for any discerning traveler. "Stayed last year at the ritz Carlton and decided again this year. Staff are amongst the best very helpful and welcoming. The only disappointment was we weren’t able to play the golf course as it was undergoing a major greens over haul. However this didn’t stop us staying again instead we played elsewhere. "

"Lovely hotel, with great view over Tenerife (if you get a room with a view). Staff are excellent, food is good. Only negative really is it's on a hill. 10 minute walk downhill is on. But our obviously takes longer coming back the other way - especially after a day of walking etc. Other than that this place is lovely. "

"This hotel was one of the best parts of my trip. The facilities are amazing and there were a plethora of activities to do both in the day and night. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations of what we could do in the local area. Our room had everything you could need in it with a kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils and equipment you could ever need!"

"We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks. Sunbed reserving (have to have the towels placed by 8am!) a little annoying but that really was the only minor thing. "
