"The house is very clean, even with allowing pets. I appreciate that. We had an issue at check-in but it was dealt with immediately. The owners are extremely committed to making your stay the best it can be. The river was up, so it wasn't conducive to kayaking. It went down half way through the week, but we didn't try again. We spent time on the North Shore and explored the state parks. The deck over the river was a great spot for relaxing. The bed is so comfortable. "

Check in was easy and everything was ready for us when we arrived, the kitchen and the rest of the house is fully equipped even if you forget something, you don’t have to worry as it will most likely be available for you to use from plates to coffee, it’s all there. Walk down to the bridge and watch herons and beavers near the Whiteface River."

"Lovely cabin in a quiet and private location! Bring what you need for your stay - it's a hike to drive for anything additional. Our stay was so relaxing and we wished it was longer. Hoping to stay here again in the future!"

"The property itself was beautiful- Hunter was a great host. AC had a slight leak in the master but he was quick to communicate with me when I found it. The kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub, game room and every other feature we could use we did (except the boat). My hubby and I will be back on our own for a weekend hideaway! I may have forgotten one of our life jackets there "
