"This was a fantastic rental property for a week near Duluth and the MN North Shore. After a summer full of kids' activities, we were looking for a beautiful place to unwind and this was the perfect place. The house is very well-kept and had everything we needed to be there for the week. The outdoor spaces were incredible and family favorite. They were many to choose from and all were comfortable with beautiful scenery at every turn. We feel lucky to have found this gem and would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Check in was a breeze. The weather has been hot and it was so nice that the air had been in so we came into a very comfortable temp. The property was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The bird life was very entertaining and beautiful outdoors. The fire pit area was lovely. There was a paddle boat, kayak and canoe available for use. Life jackets were readily available. Close and convenient to Duluth. Check out was convenient. A really pretty and private setting! Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Such a peaceful place. Quiet despite nearby trains, you can't really hear them inside. Comfortable living spaces and beds, large kitchen, nice deck. Definitely would stay here again!!"

"The house is very clean, even with allowing pets. I appreciate that. We had an issue at check-in but it was dealt with immediately. The owners are extremely committed to making your stay the best it can be. The river was up, so it wasn't conducive to kayaking. It went down half way through the week, but we didn't try again. We spent time on the North Shore and explored the state parks. The deck over the river was a great spot for relaxing. The bed is so comfortable. "

"Beautiful house we were in town for a wedding so did not have time to enjoy all of the luxuries of the house and Beautiful lake. It seemed like the house was equipped with every thing you might need. So thank you. We would gladly return "

"If I could give more stars I would! This is a total experience. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. They are so happy to share their piece of paradise with others. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Birders, this is located in the bog with great birds waiting right outside your door! Walk down to the bridge and watch herons and beavers near the Whiteface River."
