"Great little cabin for a quick trip. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for my family of 4 - kids ages 2 & 4. There is a cute creek and big rock they climbed in the morning as I made breakfast. The use of Nordic Village amenities is key! The cabin is very small, but it was everything we needed. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were delighted to find the beautiful Pemi River just minutes away via a short walk through the woods adjacent to the property. It was an unseasonably warm and wet winter weekend, and the driveway / parking areas were muddy, so just a bit of a warning for other guests to expect this."

"We had a few hiccups (cleaning company hadn’t come) but fortunately the people before had left the house in good condition. The owner was so really responsive and tried to fix the situation as quickly as he could which we really appreciated. Also, The top bunk does not have a rail so I would avoid having kids up there if you can!"

The property is located near several hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty. Our pup loved it. The cabin was also comfortable enough for us to leave him behind for a short time while we went out for some shopping. Bathroom needs the most updating; the glass shower door fell on my while trying to get off the shower, luckily it did not break.
