Room was clean...most likely cleaned by the previous guests since we are required to wash our own dishes, take out our trash, and take off all sheets before checkout. Sleep...was awful. The pillows were like balloons...they were so uncomfortable - imagine sleeping when youre head is raised half a foot off the bed. Worst neck pain and very little sleep, if any. Also didn't appreciate landscapers mowing the lawn first thing in the morning. Too much noise. When we went to checkout, there was no hand cart for the bags. There was only ONE cart for the building. So we had to make numerous trips back and forth...through all the wet grass clippings and dirt in the walkways. Why do landscaping at such hours of the day? Also the balcony above us had water dripping onto our balcony in the mornings...so no coffee for me outside on the balcony. For an expensive rental, small details like this should not be overlooked. Besides those points, everything else was great. The pool and gym were both clean and we appreciated the location. However, we immediately had issues that made us decide not to stay next year when we visit. First, we arrived on a Thursday when it was 90 degrees outside. We were looking forward to using the pool, which was advertised as being open 7 days/week. When we checked in, the pool was closed and we were told that we required a reservation 24 hours in advance for it to be opened during the week. There was no mention of this on the website or in the check instruction email (otherwise we would have made the reservation!). It was extremely frustrating. We then found chunks of black mold on the couch, which sits underneath a mini-split cooling system. This unit was clearly in need of cleaning, as it continued to blow out mold throughout our stay (the ones in the bedrooms did as well). Not feeling comfortable hanging out in the couch with the air conditioning (during a hot, muggy couple of days) was annoying. It also seemed odd that we had to take the trash out ourselves upon check out, or risk a $50 fee. Haven’t had this type of rule anywhere aside from an Airbnb. There was also only one bottle of soap in the unit (2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen). By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The price of this condo is outrageous in comparison to other properties in the area that have much better amenities. Don’t be fooled by photos you will see of a pool. It was noted to use the pool you need to place a reservation 24 hours in advance to ensure it’s “ ready” . Upon going to look at it the hot tub it was barely warm and the pool was cold and dirty ( full of hair and bugs ). We attempted to locate a manager for assistance and was told no manager was on site & that we would be called after we left on Monday. NOBODY was around to assist. This was a Holiday weekend. When finally the Tue arrived after we returned home I received a email stating the pool was evaluated to be “ fine” that the cold front caused the hot tub to not be warm enough. I’ve stayed at the Grand Summit Hotel at Attitash for a quarter of this price and had an amazing experience during a blizzard with their outdoor pool being so hot is was comfortable to swim in during. Blizzard!! This condo gives off a vibe of run down even though the inside of the actual condos are beautiful. Don’t be fooled. You won’t have proper amenities. We had to take out our own trash which makes no sense when we paid a very costly maid fee. This place nickels and dimes you but has nothing special to offer for the cost. I suggest looking elsewhere in the area . Aanrader! Geweldig appartement. Ruim ingericht, schoon, netjes en van al het gemak voorzien. Wij waren er in April, buiten de schoolvakantie (US) en buiten het skiseizoen, dan is het wat afgelegen en niet druk bezet. Jammer dat het zwembad en de hot tub niet open was - alleen te reserveren 24u van te voren) maar het appartement voelde als thuis komen. Heel fijn ook dat er een wasmachine en droger was inclusief twee zakjes met waspoeder zodat je niet nog apart wasmiddel moet aanschaffen. Zeker in het hoogseizoen kan ik me goed voorstellen dat dit helemaal geweldig is en in het skiseizoen nog beter.
