"The rooms were clean and modern, yet functional. Had a bit of a hiccup with a fire alarm at like 3am.. but I just rolled over like a good retired firefighter! No but seriously folks, the breakfast wasnt too bad either. Eggs, sausage, waffles, the usual stuff. Like I said, aside from a 3am wake up call from a fire alarm... it was a pretty good stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"Great convenient location. A lot of services nearby. But the greatness ends there. I stayed in this motel during my first visit to Brookville well over a decade ago, and its still the same carpeting. The furniture is hammered. Upholstery on the "easy chair" was so worn that it had a sheen. Toilet was running when i got in the room and i had to lift the tank cover to lower the flapper. The handle would stick in the flush position and flush quality was poor. The lamps were old, dim, flimsy and need to be replaced. There were no charging ports for phones or laptops. The microwave was not plugged in. The television was not plugged in OR connected to the cable. The television remote was held together with DUCT TAPE !!!!! The windows looked like they had never been cleaned. Disappointing."
