Excelente hotel. Me encanto su estilo, su modernidad, el rooftop, el cuarto, las vistas, la localizacion, el persoanl. En fin, todo on point...y tiene una Zara al lado. No puedo pedir mas..

I've had better breakfast options at other hotels in Madrid. It was an okay breakfast, just not as much variety.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since we were celebrating a special occasion, they upgraded our room and left a beautiful presentation of desserts in our room with the nicest card I have ever received from a hotel. They made us feel so special. The room was exceptional and the service was truly outstanding. It was our last day in Spain so we only had one night here, which was so memorable that I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is gorgeous, the bar and library are stunning. The bartender was also very personable and delightful to talk to. I can’t say enough good things about this property, and I hope to come back to Madrid so we can stay here again for longer. Thanks to all the staff that took such good care of us, it was probably the best experience we have ever had at a hotel.

Very clean room, well kept property, friendly staff, great breakfast with a lot of tasty choices, very central location, walkable to almost all places we want to go. Only issue is the room key access. Frequently failed and need reprogramming. Otherwise, it is perfect.

Overall the apartment has a great layout, tons of storage. One concern I have about unit #201 specifically are the bathrooms. Each bathroom has a window that faces into the back area of the building. Neither window has a privacy film or curtain to obscure individuals in the near by hotel stairwell from looking in (and recording).
