« What an absolutely relaxing little holiday. The place was sweet and it reminded me of the perfect apartment you would want right out of college; and the furnishings were bespoke. Marty was a fantastic hostess, and I was sad to leave. In fact, I tried to extend it and some wise guy had already rented it! I will return. Thank you so much Marty for your lovely home. »

« We had a perfect week staying in the apartment! The apartment is lovely, comfortable, very well equipped, with a very nice view. The owners, Kouros and Jaleh, are very friendly and try to do their utmost to make you feel at home. It is a perfect base for visiting San Francisco and the SF-bay area. Very much recommended!!! »

« The rental was so cute and just the perfect size for 1-2 people. It was just right for me for my short stay in Berkeley. It's conveniently located...close to shopping, UC Berkeley, the subway, other shops, and walkable. There are a few repairs needed, but overall I really enjoyed my stay! »

« Excellent stay in Karla’s studio. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and well equipped. The towels are thick and the bed is very comfortable, with a special mention for the terrace. The location was ideal for visiting our daughter on campus, and Karla is very responsive. We highly recommend it without hesitation. »
