This is a unique spot - a true Manor house with amazing dining room and wrap around porch - everything you would expect from Southern style and hospitality.

It was great. The only negative was the constant running of a fan or humidifier in the room. The white noise was difficult to sleep with. The front staff offered to come unplug whenever we wanted but it was a bother.
We realize it needs to run but it was annoying.

We really liked the staff at the desk, the room size and furnishings and close proximity to good restaurants

They could use some new, bigger beds. Also some dishes in the kitchenette would be useful.
