There were no toiletries provided which was poor for a so called 5 star hotel. The lifts take forever, only three lifts in the entire hotel, expect long waits daily just to get up and down from your room. Pool area very dated, I would say the hotel is only a 3 star compared to other 5 stars ive stayed in within Dubai. I have experience of travelling here since the 2000s.
