Aifersdorf Vacation Packages

We thought the hotel was lovely, but I had two issues with the door/lock system: 1. The room door is difficult to unlock. It was unclear how we were supposed to use the key in conjunction with the button and we had a lot of difficulties to unlock the door. 2. As there is no lock or bolt inside the room, our toddler was able to easily open the door and wander out (which he almost did a few times). We were concerned about him leaving the room without us waking, which fortunately did not occur, but I would not recommend this for small children.

The front desk person Peter was incredible. Very accommodating, always smiling and interactive with us. When a timing mistake for transportation was made to get to the Rammstein concert Peter quickly solved the issue. Made us feel welcomed

Great location & staff were so helpful & pleasant. The breakfast buffet was amazing & bed was comfortable. So all in all it is a wonderful spot to stay. We walked from the train station to the hotel with larger pieces of luggage (about 15-20 minutes) so that is do-able Definitely would recommend & stay again if in the area (stayed for 3 nights)

Take a room with a view. It is not directly in the city Centre but it is 10-30 minutes walk to all the shopping and restaurants. The amenities are great and the staff goes beyond . We had some laundry which was delivered within 4 hours which was just amazing.
