Room was very clean and the service in the room was excellent - any request made was dealt with immediately. The lifts were also very good - I did not have to wait on any occasion for a lift to arrive.
The hotel itself was very pretty and in a very convenient location

What an amazing historic property right in the centre of the old walled city! Restaurant in the centuries-okd refectory served wonderful local food and wines at lunch and dinner. Underground night bar is a hidden gem to find. Parking quirky but so very convenient once you find it!
