« We have been staying at this property for many many years. The rooms are large with large bathrooms. It’s clean and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great location to restaurants, bars and shopping. Pool area was nice in prior visits with grandkids. However FYI: You NOW have to pay to park $17.00 plus tax, and breakfast buffet is now $10.00 per person. It’s not totally out of line compared to nearby hotels - just beware. Just know your base price does not include this. This all changed...

« The first room assigned I walked in and the AC was off and the room wasn't cleaned. It was 100 degrees outside. Got assigned a second room on 3rd floor with no elevator, room ok, but AC was set at 60 and room didn't get below 78 degrees, so it ran constantly. As I was leaving and checked under the bed for my stuff, there was clothing and trash from previous stays. And the 3rd floor was hot and smelled like dirty diapers. »
