"Overall this is a pleasant and affordable place to stay in an excellent location by the harbor. The room was spacious and the bed was decently comfortable. The major shortcomings in cleaning were in the corners of the room and bathroom where there was a small amount of dirt and hair that had not been picked up. The individual packages of shampoo are a bit skimpy especially if there is more than one person staying."

"We arrived after 10pm. We were unaware that the unit was on the second floor. There was no porch light to see the touch keys to enter the code for access. The kitchen garbage had not been emptied from the previous guests. Unit was well maintained and clean."
