"The pool area was shutdown completely with yellow tape around everything. We were led to believe that we had lower level rooms with reservations, but when we checked in we were told there was not enough staff to clean rooms so we had to have second floor rooms. NOT good for a blind person and an 82 year old. Felt it was too late in evening to look for other accommodations."

"Very nice rooms, two primary king bedroom suites, washer, dryer, full kitchen, living room separating the two suites. Both ensuite bathrooms had a shower, with a soaker tub in the shared bathroom. The location was on the outskirts of Phoenix, but we had no problems getting around from the cave Creek area. Overall, recommended facility, was very impressed with their wheelchair accessible pools with lifts for both the hot tub and the primary pool. "
