"Beautiful property with amazing views! Rooms probably could use a face lift but they were clean. We had some small ants on our kitchen counter. Logan hooked us up with some dinner vouchers for going to the timeshare presentation. Thanks Logan! Upon arrival the front desk neglected to tell us about the second pool which was disappointing. We figured it out on our own. "

"The room overall fell old, it was pretty clean. The bathtub did not drain. I had to clean out the bathtub hair in the drain and the toilet seat lid was loose, I had to tighten that up breakfast was okay with the exception of the guy walking around like he hated everybody there, some fake Steven Seagal looking guy. Would I Stay there again probably but I will probably look around for other places to sta."

"They have a newer Casino and Hotel on the Hill - the old one is at the bottom of the Hill and is not great. "

"Stayed here for one night. At first glance, the property looked great — the rooms were clean, and the pool and gym were well maintained. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill due to a major issue. There was a mechanical failure, and the hotel lost water supply starting around midnight. I was literally in the middle of a shower when the water suddenly stopped. Calling the front desk was frustrating — they kept apologizing but had no information on when the issue would be resolved. At that point, apologies weren’t helpful; access to basic water was. The situation wasn’t isolated — the entire property was affected. Common restrooms were closed, toilets couldn’t be flushed, and cleanliness quickly became a serious concern. This went on through the night and into the morning. We were forced to check out without even being able to shower, despite having a long day of travel ahead in 90-degree weather. This is simply unacceptable. I also reached out to Expedia, but that was equally disappointing. They made no real effort to advocate for a refund and simply accepted the hotel’s refusal. Water is not a luxury — it’s a basic necessity. Charging guests for a stay without such a fundamental amenity is unreasonable. The hotel’s lack of contingency planning and failure to properly handle the situation made an already bad experience worse."
