"Staff had excellent customer service. The housekeepers were always willing to help get extra towels or toiletries if needed without fuss or attitude. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be that the pool heater was broken the 5 days we stayed. We did lose our deposit due to unfortunate circumstances with my teenage daughter being on her period and messing up some towels and sheet but luckily they didn’t charge extra for that although i could have bleached the stains out but that’s okay was just bummed as we we’re kind of depending on getting it back but stuff happens. The location is great there is good places to eat within walking distance. Overall a great stay! Friendly staff and cleanliness makes all the difference when it comes to hotels and restaurants for sure! "

"So... No where was it mentioned that this property was undergoing construction. Front lobby closed. Equipment in the parking lot. "Gift Shop" closed, or nearly diminished anyway, besides a few items in a cooler next to where you currently check in. The pool itself was okay, but the floor did not seem clean, and the panels in the ceiling were removed and/or out of place. The front desk was okay... But not great. I had to ask where to go to get to our room, and where the property amenities were located. Just gave me the key and said enjoy your stay. And although they were friendly enough, there is definitely a lack of professionalism. The housekeepers were friendly, and the gentlemen working the breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. The room was just okay. It was fine, but there were definitely drawbacks. The window was falling apart, the refrigerator was tiny, which is normal I guess, but we had to press the cold button every two hours to keep items refrigerated. The bathroom was probably the nicest part of the room itself. And that was just okay; nice, but not exceptional or impressive. What I would expect for paying for a hotel room. If I had known the hotel were under construction, we would have stayed elsewhere for sure."

"Staying two nights for work. Needed a Wyndham account to access free wifi. Room was ok but super old. Like they were bought out from bankruptcy and kept all of Wyndhams old linen. Breakfast was so sad. No protein but boiled eggs. On our final night the smoke detector kept beeping at 1 in the morning. We finally called to get help and they said the maintenance man doesn’t come till later. At about 6:20 am the beeping finally stopped. When we checked out, they didn’t care to hear or do anything about it for compensation. The affordable price for the stay was not worth it."

"Flattened pillows, no mini fridge, bed was well used and had a dip. The staff were nice. It was hard to get a parking spot near my room and there were tweakers all over."
